This paper is considered water-resistant and can be applied to items that require only gentle handwashing. Dishwashing is not recommended as colors will fade over time.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver (2-6 business days) or USPS First Class Mail (1-5 Business Days). Shipping can be expedited at the client’s expense. Please email us at hello@sarahchancedesign.comto receive an estimate on expedited shipping.
Returns/Refunds
Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. If you have received an order that is incorrect or damaged, please let us know within a week of receiving your order, and we will happily reprint the item(s).
Proofs
Proofs will not be provided for gift tags, notepads and personal stationary. It is your responsibility to carefully review the information entered in the “Personalization” field when ordering.
Proofs will be provided for announcements and holiday cards. We kindly ask that you respond to proofs and revisions within a reasonable time frame. Sarah Chance Design will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response. After final approval is given, any errors will be corrected at the client’s expense.
Processing Times
Our current processing time is 7-10 business days. Most rush requests can be accommodated for an additional fee. Pricing will depend on the number of items being ordered. Please email us at hello@sarahchancedesign.com to receive an estimate.

Weddings
We take a limited number of bookings each year for custom wedding & event paper. A minimum investment of $6500 is required. Please reach out to hello@sarahchancedesign.com to discuss the project.
